Waarom Karaktervol Wonen?
Er zijn al veel makelaars, dat klopt. Toch heb ik in mijn jaren als makelaar in Drenthe vaak gemerkt dat mensen afhaken bij de aankoop van oudere huizen of woonboerderijen omdat ze niet vertrouwd zijn met dit soort panden. Helaas beschikken veel collega-makelaars niet over de specifieke kennis om kopers goed te informeren bij de verkoop van dergelijke huizen. De meeste makelaars zijn generalisten, geen specialisten. Ik heb een passie voor woonboerderijen en een zwak voor glas-in-loodramen.
Volgens mij is het belangrijk dat de verkooppresentatie kopers wijst op de mogelijkheden die een aankoop biedt, zoals energiebesparende maatregelen, subsidies en financieringsopties. Daarom besteden we veel aandacht aan deze aspecten tijdens de verkooppresentatie. Dit vergt tijd, maar ik investeer hier graag in!
In het buitengebied komen ook bijzondere situaties voor. Dit heb ik in mijn tijd bij Schelhaas Makelaardij vaak meegemaakt. Denk aan het wijzigen van de bestemming van een oude boerderij, het splitsen van kavels, het aanvragen van verduurzamingssubsidies, en het toepassen van de Ruimte voor Ruimte regeling. Deze ervaringen hebben geleid tot de oprichting van de Landelijk Wonen Makelaar Drenthe afdeling.
